Specialists in progression-focused surf coaching for every surfer and ability.

Based in Cornwall, UK

Founded by Emily, Beth and Sophie - three of UK’s top surfers and coaches.

Something was missing…

As three surfers who’ve competed internationally for nearly a decade, we’ve seen the impact high-quality coaching can have on progression.

Because surfing isn’t easy. It can feel slow, frustrating, and at times completely out of reach.

What we kept coming up against was this: surf coaching often exists at the extremes. Your first lesson, or the professional level, with very little in between. And that gap is where most surfers sit

So we created ZEST. A coaching approach built around technical progression, with the structure, feedback, and support we wish we’d had at different points in our surfing progression.

A framework for progression

The progression plateau is real…

and we totally get it.

Thats why we always:

Provide a bespoke experience

No one-size-fits-all coaching here. Every course and private session is tailored to your own ability, current struggles and personal goals.

Use a technical approach

Every surf session is filmed and analysed. We break down your surfing in detail, focusing on technique, form, and the small changes that make a big difference. From there, we build a clear pathway turning long-term goals into simple, achievable steps.

Support you along the way

Changing surfing habits isn’t easy. We keep things clear and focused. So you’re not just surfing and hoping to improve, you’re working on the right things that actually move you forward.

We’d love to have you on board
